You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI Hallucinations: Sophiena may generate incorrect, misleading, or fabricated statements ("hallucinations"), even when sounding confident.
• No Fact-Checking: The AI does not have the ability to rigorously fact-check its own outputs in real-time.
• Assumption of Risk: You agree to evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such content.

2. No Reliance

You must not rely on Sophiena for any critical advice, including but not limited to:

• Medical Diagnosis or Treatment: (See standard medical disclaimer above).
• Legal or Financial Advice: Sophiena cannot provide qualified professional advice.
• Safety-Critical Decisions: Do not use the Service for navigation, emergency response, or situations where failure could lead to death or injury.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sophiena ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, including the limitations of liability and medical disclaimers, please do not use the Service.

• Liability Cap: In no event shall Sophiena (The AIWhisperer / Cao Hung Nguyen) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sophiena (The AIWhisperer / Cao Hung Nguyen), its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of Sophiena, you agree to:

• Not use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or sexually explicit content involving minors.
• Not try to "jailbreak" or override safety filters.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of the Service.
